The Marriage & Family Legal Practice Center (the “Center”) is mainly committed to helping clients deal with paternity and property relationships in marriage and family. The scope of practice includes divorce proceedings, the design of all kinds of marriage agreements (including pre-marriage agreements, intra-marriage agreements and divorce agreements), after-divorce property disputes settlement, testamentary testimony, inheritance disputes settlement, the design of intended guardianship agreements, family wealth management and inheritance and other system design.
The leader of the Center has more than ten years of practice experience, who is willing to deep-cultivate the professional field of marriage and family affairs. The members of the Center are proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka, etc., who have rich experience in family legal services, such as divorce, upbringing, cohabitation, inheritance, property analysis, etc.. The Center strive to maximize the interests of clients by the comprehensive means that combined with professional litigation and non-litigation legal services.
